As a graduated lawyer, I represent our clients as an authorized representative in proceedings before the subdistrict court, in particular in the field of contract law, tenancy law, consumer law and seizure- and execution law. Taking a legal position, corresponding with parties and drafting procedural documents are among my core tasks. But if there is an opportunity to solve a matter practically, I will also discuss it. Biography Victor v.d. Hoeven
In 2008 I was appointed as an added bailiff. I’ve always realized that I don’t have an everyday job.
At one point I got the chance to work for Bas Evers. From the Amsterdam office I am on the road for clients almost every day.
No day is the same. I don’t know what I’m going to do in the afternoon in the morning.
One time I drive a route. The other time I am in the country at a foreclosure auction or I seize evidence.
Biography Henk Oude Elferink
After studying at the Dutch Police Academy in Apeldoorn, I started my working life as a young inspector in the Amsterdam police force in various positions. There I learned a lot about human behavior for about 12 years.
From my position as Assistant Public Prosecutor, I regularly had to provide assistance to bailiffs during seizures, evictions, etc.
That is where my interest in the profession and entrepreneurship was awakened. After studying at Utrecht University, I gained experience as a candidate bailiff at a number of offices with the aim of opening my own office.
In 2007 I founded Oude Elferink Judicial Officers especially for the legal profession. So no impersonal collection agency, but legal services of the highest level.
In 2019, Bas Evers and I decided to join forces and expertise and to continue working together under the name Groot & Evers Bailiffs.
I prefer to do bigger, complicated cases. As an office, we are often trendsetters in the legal field. And can now be proud of our extensive expertise in the field of seizure and execution law. I find the legal aspects of the seizure of evidence particularly interesting.
I can’t sit still outside of work. I am therefore active in equestrian sports: especially training for and riding cross-country.
Biography Robin Geeris
In 1998 I started as a trainee in a bailiff’s office and soon I was infected with the “bailiff virus”. In 2004 I completed my training as a (additional) judicial officer and since then I have been able to experience all facets of the job.
I like the hectic pace of the profession, one minute you’re at the door with a summons, the next you’re in the cockpit of a Boeing 747 to seize the kerosene. And it is precisely this diversity that makes the profession so great.
At Groot en Evers things are always good with the hectic and the diversity and we are of course always there for you.

From summer job to more than 10 years of experience at Groot & Evers. In this time I have already seen a lot of exploits and I therefore have a lot of practical experience in the entire execution field. In addition, I was able to develop into the foreign service/execution expert of our firm. I therefore like to advise and look along with clients in the international aspects of the bailiff profession. This can be in mass damages claims (WAMCA), but also cartel cases or an ordinary trade dispute. Over the years I have already encountered a lot of exploits and I have learned where the practical hurdles and problems are.
I am therefore always available for a consultation. The nice thing about our customer group is that they always force you to stay sharp. Whether this is in the practical implementation or a new interpretation of a legal article. I always like to think along about what is possible and whether we can take the extra step.
